2023 Holiday Lights Celebration - Free Community Event


Market your business at this Rohnert Park Family Tradition - 2023 Holiday Lights Celebration where 1,500+ will attend! In case of rain, this event will be held inside the Community Center and the Callinan Sports Center. 

Free Community event with lots of family fun. Complimentary holiday treats and drinks as well as kids activities. Food items will be for sale. Free pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Event Information:
DATE / TIME: Saturday, December 2nd from 5:30pm - 8pm - Booths 5:30-8pm / Lighted Parade -  cancelled / Tree Lighting 6pm
 
LOCATION: Event will be held outside at the Community Center Complex, 5401 Snyder Lane, Rohnert Park - Will be moved inside if it rains

  • Mini Host Sponsor: $475 - Benefits of the sponsor level below plus Logo on Flyer to 2,500+ CRPUSD Students
  • Associate Sponsor: $325 - Logo on 17' x 10' Mobile Screen; Logo in multiple chamber Email Newsletters, each sent to 1,300+; Logo, with three other Logos, on an 8ft Banner displayed along Rohnert Park Expressway by the Library, seen by 450K+ passing cars and Booth Space if you want to use it

100% of Booth Fees go to Rohnert Park Public Safety Officers Association Santa Sleigh Toy Drive - Prize for the Most Festive Booth and Best Holiday Themed Costume

 Booth Space: You will have a 12'x12' booth space. You will need to bring canopy, table, chairs and holiday decorations. No electricity is available. We ask that each booth have an activity for kids or provide a complimentary holiday treat or drink for 200. There will be 1,500+ attend but not all will enjoy a treat from every booth.
