FREE Downtown Movie Night - "We Bought a Zoo"
In an effort to build on the excitement of purchasing the downtown, the City will be hosting a free movie night for the public on Friday, September 2 on the downtown property! We have selected the family-friendly movie, “We Bought a Zoo”. The Rohnert Park Chamber is excited to partner with the City on this event!
We invite you to park in the downtown property and set up your lawn chairs in front of the 13’x17’ movie screen. Gates will open at 5:00pm and the movie will begin at 6:30pm. The screen we are using can be viewed at any hour of the day, so we don’t need to wait for it to get dark!
We will also be partnering with the Rohnert Park Farmers Market to provide food vendors.
Public Works and Community Services will be working closely over the next month to ensure we create a fun and safe place for the public to gather.
